The “Porcupine" was conceived, developed and realised by the Advanced Network Managment Laboratory, one of the Pervasive Technology Laboratories of Indiana University. The antennae were constructed by the IU's Chemistry Department's Electronic Instrument Services group, with additional fabrication services provided by the Mechanical Instrument Services group. The compact, single-board PCs are net4501's, manufactured by Soekris Engineering. 802.11b PC-Cards manufactured by Netgear. RF Cables Manufactured by Astron Wireless. |
